Saturday the 11th included a 2 hour round trip in an attempt to pick up solar panels from someone on Facebook Marketplace. The seller did not show up, unfortunately, and the rest of the day was spent putting in the sub-floor. First came the frame.
The process of cutting our insulation was next. This did not take too long, as the insulation was pretty easy to cut. We did have to pay very close attention to the measurements of each little nook.
Finally we cut the sub-floor. The installation process was tricky and took multiple additional cuts. The advice that I would give is to try to measure the wood a little long rather than short.
Although not perfect, the seven hour day yielded results which we could be proud of. Stay tuned for additional updates!
